Poole Maritime Week Identity

In 2017 Poole will be hosting European Maritime Day. To celebrate the town will be hosting a full week of activities. The problem is that 80 percent of Poole residents never make use of the sea. My task was to design an identity that embraced the history of the town and its waters. The result was a distorted logotype, bright colour palette and typography that felt like it was floating on the water. (Speculative work)
